The resort publishes no outside-vendor fee or day-pass price. Ask for both in writing before booking a photographer or inviting guests who will stay elsewhere.

Also worth knowing

Outside food not allowed (Health Act). Resort's wedding fact sheet and blog give a different free-package rule: 'We Do' included with 7+ nights in a one-bedroom suite, or 5 Tree Top deluxe rooms for 3 nights (blog says the 45-day booking deadline); the occasions page states the 3-rooms/5-nights Swaying Palms rule and 60 days.
