Valid passports, birth certificates, sworn affidavit of single status, decree absolute if divorced, death certificate if widowed, deed-poll proof of name change, parental affidavit if under 21, police clearance for each party; documents presented in person (about 2 h). Married by a magistrate or minister; minister interviews the couple first. Dress code at the ministry.
