Belizean Dreams Resort does not publish a free wedding package. Some resorts give one to groups that book enough rooms without advertising it; ask the resort’s wedding team before assuming either way.

- In Belize 3 days (72 h) before applying; apply at the Registrar on the first business day after; passport, original birth certificate, divorce or death certificate if applicable; Senior Justice of the Peace witnesses the application; license ready after one day; two witnesses (a male and a female); no blood test; registration takes about 10 weeks before the certificate is mailed.
Also worth knowing
The $1,875 package includes the marriage license and government fees. Extras (rehearsal/reception dinner, cocktail hour, DJ, decor, hair and makeup) are a la carte at unpublished prices. The resort sleeps up to 84 people (nine 3-bedroom villas plus six rooms) and offers a group rate code for wedding guests. Not a Hyatt property.
