    Civil ceremony by a judge, extra cost, Monday-Friday only; certificate in Spanish mailed 6-8 months later. Birth certificates, passport or driver's licence copies, divorce/death papers if applicable, parental consent under 21, health certificate done 2 days before by a Panamanian doctor at the hotel, two witnesses. Documents presented on arrival in the original language.
