    Civil ceremony by a judge in Spanish, extra cost. Scans of birth certificates, passports, divorce decree or death certificate if applicable emailed 15 days before; originals on the day. Two witnesses who must be close relatives. No translation or marriage licence needed. Arrive 3 business days before (2 for symbolic).
